As a Bucks County resident, Constance Mergner-McHugh earned her Associates degree in Fine Art from Bucks County Community College and BFA from Millersville University.

Her work spans from representational to abstract art in a variety of media including: painting, photography, printmaking and ceramics.

Artists at the Farm is is made possible by a coalition consisting of Langhorne Borough (which owns the park), Langhorne Open Space (which raised the money to purchase the park and which manages it today), Langhorne Council for the Arts (which screens applicants based on their artistic ability and finances minor studio upgrades), and the artists, themselves, who commit themselves not only to their art but also to participating in community art events and to providing the elbow grease and effort to make improvements to their studios.
